One of the goals of UCEF is to learn of ideas and opportunities on both sides of the Atlantic that will lead to the improvement of the environment in Central and Eastern Europe. We are always looking to connect with American groups interested in supporting their Central and Eastern European counterparts, whether that support comes in the form of monetary, technical, or educational assistance. We also want to learn about projects and project ideas from groups in Central and Eastern Europe that may be of interest to American NGOs, donors, or the general public.
